Hatha Yoga Meditation

For my yoga classes I bring my influences and learnings based on Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Massage, Meditation and Sound Healing, using also breath work, ancient mantras, dynamic meditations and Tibetan bowls.

All the movements and positions, sometimes working in pairs, are influenced by my knowledge of the physical and subtle body gained in massage and yoga over the last 20 years, without forgetting the importance of teaching the body and mind to relax and achieve balance.

In a respectful, deep and conscious way, I believe that every class is an invitation to the most beautiful of all paths – the inner journey.

Pilates matwork sessions is a system of repetitive exercises performed on a mat, sometimes combine with other equipment to promote stability, strength, posture correction, breath control, balance and coordination, flexibility and body awareness.

Vinyasa Flow

The practice of Vinyāsa yoga has philosophical roots in the system of Raja & hatha yoga. It is an attunement to the physical body and its innate intelligence, whilst boosting vitality and clarity.

In Ann’s signature ‘sacred sequences’ sessions, you are guided through a present & compassionate conversation with your body that enables and empowers all-levels practitioners.

Explore conscious movement and breath from a state of loving awareness. The classes offer an embodiment of the key structures of Asana / pose practice… to balance effort and ease, structure with freedom, pursuit / drive with contentment and gratitude. When done with such devotion, the practice opens a door to share our energy authentically with this world.
