With over two decades of experience in bodywork, yoga, and holistic healing, Gilberto offers a deeply intuitive and integrative approach to movement and inner awareness.

Drawing from his roots in Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Massage, Meditation, and Sound Healing, his classes are a unique blend of breathwork, ancient mantras, dynamic meditations, and the subtle power of Tibetan bowls. Whether working individually or in pairs, his guidance is grounded in a profound understanding of both the physical and energetic bodies.

Each session becomes a space of deep connection — a journey inward through conscious movement, breath, and presence. Gilberto’s teaching is rooted in balance, sensitivity, and respect for each individual’s process. Yoga entered my life as a calling—just when I needed it most. Bikram yoga was my first revelation, an intense and transformative practice that I went on to teach for several years in Paris.

After moving to Portugal, I deepened my journey with yin yoga, and expanded my training to include yoga therapy, hypno-meditation, face yoga, and gong bath.

Today, my practice reflects this rich path: a living fusion of yoga, dance, and tai chi. Each session weaves together movement, breath, sound, and mindful presence to create a deeply sensory and restorative experience.

It’s an invitation to explore, to feel, and to reconnect—gently and authentically—with yourself.

With over 20 years of experience as an instructor, Rute is highly qualified in various Pilates disciplines, including mat Pilates, reformer, cadillac, chair, and barrels.

Her deep understanding of human movement and her compassionate teaching approach enable her to guide students of all levels toward improved physical fitness and well-being.
