The essence is always the heart, to find kindness towards oneself and to the body, to find ease in effort and softness in tension, to rewire the nervous system and to continuously grow in self-love.

The Hatha Flow Yoga class is an expression of connecting, and gently opening up to the body, emotions, breath and energyflow. The classes are fitting all levels and ages.

This very ancient yoga style aims at creating balance in between our energy fields; the inner sun (the more active masculine energy) and the inner moon (the more soft feminine energy) as it varies in between both motion and static postures. This is creating beautiful benefits such as strength, flexibility, balance, mindfulness and is rejuvenating for the internal systems.
